Ella is a senior Registered Cosmetic Nurse Specialist and the manager of our Mount Martha Clinic. Ella is a wealth of knowledge in the aesthetics field and is able to provide her clients with education regarding the best treatments for them. Ella believes in enhancing her clients natural features to create aesthetically pleasing results. Ella’s clients appreciate her kind nature, honest opinions and experience in the injectables industry. Ella also performs skin needling and is passionate about sharing her knowledge about skin. Ella has over 8 years of clinical injecting experience and has a post graduate certificate in Advanced Cosmetic Injecting. You may also see Ella at our Phillip Island, Chelsea, Berwick and Sorrento clinics.

Renee Parkes

Renee is a senior Registered Cosmetic Nurse Specialist and can be found at our Mount Martha Clinic. Prior to advancing in the cosmetic industry, Renee bought with her over 10 years’ experience as an intensive care, emergency and coronary care nurse at the Alfred hospital. Renee has always had an overwhelming passion for cosmetic nursing and enjoys nothing more than being able to assist her clients to look and feel the best version of themselves. She is results driven and amazing at making clients feel comfortable and heard.

Yasmine Briscoe

Yasmin is a senior cosmetic nurse specialist, and we are so grateful to have her as a part of our Mount Martha clinic & team. Yasmin has an extensive clinical nursing background spanning over 8 years including respiratory, infectious diseases, endocrine and haematology at Monash Health. Yasmin now excels in the field of cosmetic nursing and brings with her an infectious passion for aesthetics and prides herself on providing thorough consultations and providing education to her clients on the most suitable treatments specific to their needs. Yasmin enjoys being able to play a key part in her client’s journey to empowerment by assisting them in looking and feeling their best. Yasmin is a huge asset to our team, and is always educating our staff on the newest products and procedures as they become available to us.

Lainey Smith

Lainey is an exceptional asset to our team and is an extremely passionate Registered Nurse. Lainey has excelled in the emergency field for over 5 years now and has always had a burning desire to apply her nursing skills in the aesthetic industry. This can be attributed to having a keen eye for aesthetic detail and partaking in various modelling projects upon request. Lainey is extremely enthusiastic about assisting our clients to look and feel the best version of themselves and has a wealth of knowledge and advice to share about the latest in cosmetic injectable treatments. Lainey is well known and loved on the Mornington Peninsula and can be found regularly at our Mount Martha clinic.

Kasey is dedicated to the profession of aesthetics and brings with her a high level of experience in cosmetic injectables that is reflected in her practice. Kasey is extremely talented, kind, caring, gentle and everything you would look for in a cosmetic nurse. Raquel is a senior cosmetic nurse specialist and a huge asset to our Maroochydore clinic and team. Prior to entering the aesthetic field, Raquel spent over 5 years specialising in Acute & Emergency nursing, including fulfilling rural & remote nursing contracts around Australia. Raquel has since followed her passion and now enjoys nothing more than assisting her clients to achieve their aesthetic goals. Raquel prides herself on being kind, attentive and listening to her client’s needs before providing them with educated knowledge on the best available treatments and techniques that will enhance their natural beauty and improve their self-esteem. An incredibly talented nurse all around, having completed a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Midwifery. Bridgitt has now dedicated her career to the field of aesthetic nursing where her passionate energy thrives. Bridgitt loves being in a role that makes a difference in people’s lives by witnessing unbelievable transformations in people’s confidence. Bridgitt has an attentive eye to detail and is a perfectionist when it comes to her work and aesthetic treatments. Bridgitt believes less is more when it comes to cosmetic injectable treatments and enjoys being able to educate her clients on best suited techniques and ‘tricks of the trade’ to enhance their appearance.

Kayla has extensive training and industry knowledge and is dedicated to providing the highest quality cosmetic tattoo procedures and brow maintenance procedures including brow lamination and hybrid brow dye. Kayla also specialises in Lip Blush / Lip Cosmetic Tattoo to create our perfect pout. Our clients love Kayla for her ability to comprehend what they want and incorporate her sharp eye and attention to detail to achieve natural looking feathers and pouts.

Charlie is registered Dental Hygienist and passionate oral health advocate. Charlie aims to provide affordable preventative oral hygiene treatments and is renowned for her “spa” cleans. Charlie has also utilised her dental hygienist skills to formulate and develop eco-friendly oral care and whitening products with minimal harmful ingredients that achieve exceptional results.
